Organised by the Lions Club of Melbourne Ausina, and proudly co-hosted by the Victorian Government and World Trade Centre Melbourne, the 2026 Lantern Festival Cultural Market will be held at the riveredge of iconic WTC riverside in the heart of Melbourne. Centred around the traditional Chinese festival of Yuanxiao (Lantern Festival), the event merges cultural heritage, artistic experiences, and youth creativity to create a vibrant Australia–China cultural exchange platform and promote understanding across diverse communities.
