The 8th Golf Charity Tournament, proudly organised by the Lions Club of Melbourne Ausina and title sponsored by Pallas Capital, was successfully held on 13 October 2025 at Riversdale Golf Club. The event brought together business and community leaders, uniting golf enthusiasts and supporters for a day of competition, philanthropy, and fellowship.

PROMOTING CHARITY THROUGH GOLF
Since its inception, the tournament has been one of the Lions Club of Melbourne Ausina’s most distinguished annual events, reflecting its mission to serve the community through meaningful engagement. Close to 100 participants shared a passion for both sport and service.

Under bright spring skies, participants teed off with enthusiasm on the lush fairways, each swing embodying the Lions’ spirit: “Where there’s a need, there’s a Lion.” The event transformed a love for golf into acts of kindness, raising vital funds for programs supporting Women and Children’s Health, Sports for All, New Migrant Support, and Community Assistance Projects.
CHANGEOVER CEREMONY AND CHARITY DINNER
As the day transitioned into evening, the 2025–2026 Changeover Ceremony and Charity Dinner commenced, providing a fitting conclusion to a day dedicated to achievement and altruism. Distinguished guests witnessed the official handover of leadership, while heartfelt speeches, charity auctions, and donations carried forward the day’s energy into a night of celebration.
